On Wednesday, April 28 at 6 PM the Task Force will hold the second Public Forum for input on what has been received regarding requests for specific text changes to the Land Use Ordinance. The public is encouraged to review these requests listed in the Task Force agendas for January 14 and April 14.
If you wish to attend in-person or to participate remotely by MS Teams, please see the instructions below for registering for these forms of participation. All members of the public are welcome and encouraged to participate. Due to limited capacity for in-person attendance, registration is required. Members of the public who would like to attend the meeting in-person need to register in advance by leaving a message for Bill Mackey at 410-778-7423, ext. 9 (voice/relay), or by email at compzone@kentgov.org.There is limited seating capacity for the in-person mode, and seating will be allocated via the registrations. The location is in the County Commissioners’ Hearing Room at 400 High Street in Chestertown, Maryland.
Members of the public who wish to participate via the video Teams meeting also need to register in advance by texting their name, street address for the record, and email address to 410-708-4063. Although not required, members of the public who wish to participate in the Teams meeting are encouraged to download the free app for Microsoft Teams, in order to improve their experience of the meeting. Prior to the meeting, a link to join Teams will be emailed to those who have registered.
