At the Kent County Commissioners’ Meeting, the Apex Industrial Wind Turbine Power Plant was discussed. There were many members of the community present for the meeting. The Commissioners unanimously approved support of the Hershey’s Maryland Senate Bill 938 and also with a unanimous vote opposed the Apex Project.
